1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the Brass Crane mobile game (the “App”) handles information. The App is designed to work offline and does not require registration, an online profile, or an account.

The App does not collect, upload, sell, rent, or share personal data. It has no advertising, in-app purchases, online rankings, competitive matchmaking, or third-party software development kits (SDKs).

2. Information and local storage

Brass Crane saves a small amount of gameplay information on your device so that the game can remember your campaign and settings. This local information may include:

• the currently selected challenge;
• which challenges have been completed;
• the highest challenge unlocked; and
• your preferences for ambient motion and touch feedback.

This information is stored locally by the App. It is not sent to the developer, uploaded to a Brass Crane server, or synchronized between devices. The App does not use it to identify you.

An unfinished attempt is not saved as an exact gameplay state when the App is closed. Your campaign progress and saved preferences are separate from the temporary position of a load or hook during a challenge.

3. Sharing and third parties

The App does not transmit personal information to the developer or to other parties. It does not integrate third-party SDKs or services for advertising, analytics, attribution, tracking, or social features.

There are no advertising networks, ad identifiers, or in-app purchase services in Brass Crane. The App does not provide online leaderboards, player-to-player communication, or matchmaking.

4. Internet access and offline play

An internet connection is not required to play Brass Crane. All fifty challenges are included in the installation, and the game can be played offline. The App does not need to contact a remote game server to provide its gameplay features.

5. Retention and deletion of local information

Local gameplay progress and preferences remain on your device until they are changed or removed through your device's app-storage controls. You can generally remove the App's locally stored data by clearing its app storage or uninstalling the App. The exact steps and outcome depend on your device and operating system.

Brass Crane does not operate a cloud save system or maintain a server-side copy of your campaign progress. Device or operating-system backup features, if enabled, are controlled separately by your platform provider and are not part of a Brass Crane account or synchronization service.

6. Age guidance

Brass Crane is intended for an audience aged 18 and over. The App does not ask for your date of birth, verify your age, or collect age-related personal information. The game is a cargo-handling simulation and does not include prohibited content.

7. App stores and platform services

This Policy describes information handled by Brass Crane itself. The platform or app store through which you download the App, and your device operating system, may independently process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Such processing is outside the App's control.

8. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated if the App's features or privacy practices change, or if an update is needed to clarify the information provided here. The latest version will be published on this page, together with its updated effective date. Please review this page from time to time.
